Official Rules

How To Enter:No purchase necessary to enter the contest. Visit the musical "13" and write a review of the show which is no longer than 250 words. Reviews must be submitted between Oct. 15, 2008 and Feb. 15, 2009. All on-line entrants must submit a valid e-mail address.

Submitted reviews will be judged on originality, grammar, and ability to capture the essence of the show.

Judging will be done by professionals associated with Musical-Theater-Kids.com.

EligibilityThe contest is open to all teens ages 13 to 19 years of age who reside in the United States. Entrants between the ages of 13 and 18 must have the permission of their parent or guardian to be eligible. The Sponsors retain the right at all times, without undertaking any obligation, to make a determination as to validity of the permission of the parent or guardian of a minor entrant.

Winner Selection & NotificationThe Grand Prise winner of the contest will receive a copy of "Magnificent Monologues For Teens" and will have their review published on the Musical-Theater-Kids.com website. The first and second runners up will also have their review published on the website. Winners will be notified by e-mail. The Sponsors shall not be liable for failed returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the contest entry form.The sponsors shall not be responsible for a computer error of any kind. A non-response by the winner within 5 business days of notification to claim prize will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes:Grand Prize: "Magnificent Monologues For Teens" and Review published on Musical-theater-kids.com website.

First runner up: Review published on Musical-theater-kids.com

Second runner up: Review published on Musical-theater-kids.com

General Conditions: The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by the winner, with the official rules of the contest, an alternative winner may be awarded the respective prize.

Releases:By participating, entrants and their parents/guardians agree that the sponsors shall not be held liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including third party claims, arising from or relating to this contest.

Winners List:The Winners names and essays will be posted on musical-theater-kids.com within 21 days of close of contest.
